I made this pattern for Khevron in 1995.
I remember going through a lot of pieces of newspaper trying to get the curve of the neck hole perfect, and when we were happy I cut it out in some scrap fabric and labelled it. It turns out that it also fits me, and a really, really high percentage of people I have helped with costumes over the years since, so I just keep reusing it.
