Having gotten oodles of sleep last night, I woke at 02:20, and decided to do a 10 minutes pilates session, which worked without any discomfort. I then tried to go back to bed, but after 20 minutes it was clear that my body wasn’t interested in sleep, and I got back up.

So I went upstairs and did the touch up painting on the trim in the loo, covering the caulking I had done along the gaps at the edges. Then I painted the first coat of the same gold on the frame of the second hand mirror we found on Wednesday’s second hand store visit, and sat down to the computer to catch up on my blogs now that it is possible to sit and to type.

By then it was nearly 06:00, and I was feeling like I could sleep again. If it were a normal Monday, Keldor would be heading out the door for work and would keep him company. However, since he promised to take me to the appointment for my back, he sent his boss a message that he wouldn’t be coming in to work in the morning. Therefore, instead of starting my workday at 06:00, I decided to take a nap before work.

I still managed to get some hours of work in before it was time to head to town for my naturopath appointment. Boy was it hard to find the place! The wep page give the address, which in in an office building above a mall, but there are no signs anywhere saying it is in there. You have to go through a door marked “kontor” (office), and up a flight of stairs before you find their door with a small sign on it.

While my back was pain free by then (after wishing I were dead to get awayvfrom the pain yesterday), they reported that the muscles along my spine are still very tense, but the massage and adjustments helped.

Then Keldor and I went to a second hand store, where they had a gym for only 450 kr, so he bought it
