We got up at 06:00, so had more than seven hours of sleep, but worry about missing the bus meant I woke often in the night to look at the time, even though I slept well in between.

We made it to the bus stop in good time, and were at our gate early enough that I did a half hour of yoga, and mended my phone belt pocket before boarding.

I got a half hour nap on the flight to Oslo, and as we neared our gate there , we found a display of Viking era swords!

Seven of them, from the Oslo museum collection, all found in southern Norway, and ranging in age from the late 700’s to 1000 AD.

The Oslo-Stockholm flight is very short. However, Keldor made time for a selfie.

After we arrived in Stockholm, Aliçia, the cat sitter, sent a particularly cute photo.

We finaly had “road trip” ice cream while in Stockholm.

As flight time neared, and we were both charging our phones, and looking at them, we suddenly felt hands on our shoulders. It was Patrick, on his way home from a work trip. It is good to be returning to Norrland, where the odds of knowing your fellow travellers goes up!
