Wike at 04:30 to turn the bread sponge into dough, then had a very short nap till Keldor’s alarm went off.
I had a meeting at work, so I actually had to go to the office, but that meant I could give Phil his adze on his birthday, which timing he appreciated. All of us appreciated the pound cake during the meeting.
I wound up doing a 10 hour work day, as the meeting ran too late to catch the 14:30 bus, so I took the 15:30 instead. However, this gave Keldor time to reply to most of his birthday greetings.
Once home, I vraided the bread dough, and baked it, and decorated the cake.
Then I beat Keldor in a game of Qwirkle. Shortly thereafter, Þórólfr arrived for games and cake and bread.
We played Catan (I won), Albian Saves Royalty (Keldor won) , and, after a pause for yoga, Qwirkle (I won). By then it was midnight, so Þórólfr went home and we went to sleep.
