I have always been a cook who doesn’t follow recipes, but just throws stuff together however I feel inspired to do today, and it almost always comes out to be tasty. I do, however, often jot down notes about how much of what I toss in, to make it easier to update my food log, which records the percentage of protein, dairt, starch, vegetable, fruit, and “junk”, each meal contains.
