For lunch I experimented with a wheat protein and pumpkin seed burger, as I was curious (the video that inspired it suggested peanut, but I like pumpkin seeds better). I was not certain it would be edible, so I used only 1 dl of flour to make the dough that I washed to get the protein. No idea yet what I will do with the starch that is settling out of the water.

I mixed the resultant goo (about 1 tablespoon) with 1/4 c pumpkin seeds I had chopped in the mini food processor, added a bunch of yummy spices and then fried it in butter.

The result was surprisingly yummy, and my mouth was disappointed that I did such a small batch.

Next time, either use a little less pumpkin seeds for that much wheat protein, grind it more finely, or add something else to help hold it together. While the main party was pretty cohesive, it lost a few of the seed bits.
