Mead. Putting cold water into honey you fire caramelised honey mskes a 2 meter high plume
Wood ring, with yeast. Many in middle ages thought it was the wood that did it.
She comes from Texas, so her yeast loves heat. Hang the wood to dry, and it is ready next time.
Meadowsweet and honey drops on Hedeby ceramics points to mead making

Alfhild

Inks
I didn’t get to talk with Baroness Alfhild of Gotvik, who was busy engaged in conversation when I went by the first time, and by the time I made it back to their end table her Baron and partner, Matti was alone at that end of the tale, and explained that she wasn’t feeling well, and had returned to their room to rest in hopes of being able to sit court later.
