The plan
This house never had a back door. It needs one. And a deck. If we are putting in a back door and a deck, we might as well wrap a handicap ramp around the house to the front (the house isn’t wide enough to put one to the front door without zigzagging it). If we are getting a deck, a hot tub would be good, too.
