We got into a cab at 00:01, which took us to a nearby Scandic hotel, where we stood in line for what seemed a very long line to get our room. I did a short yoga session at 00:43, then we took a shower and were in bed by 01:16.

We both could have slept much longer, but at 05:00 we got up, gathered our things returned the room cards, and took a already waiting taxi back to tje terminal, where the crowds were already much thicker than they had been at midnight.

Nonetheless, checking in our bags and getting through security went so efficiently that it was another half an hour before our gate was announced. (Our hotel had complimentary breakfast, but servibg wasn’t till 06:00 abd with boarding at 07:50, I didn’t care to take the risk that we might not make the gate in time, so se skipped it, and boughthim a can of Monster, and me a banana after we were on the right side if security)

Our gate was announced a bit after 06:00, so we went straight there, and I curled up on a bench for a 18 minute nap, and then did a yoga session before boarding.

We landed in Stockholm at 09:52, so 20 minutes later than we would have landed in Skellefteå if all had gone according to plan yesterday.

Step one was refill my water bottle and find the loo (how nice to be back somewhere where there are drinking fountains with water bottle filling stations, instead of needing to use the sink). Then another 15 minute nap, followed by 10 minutes in a massage chair before heading to our gate, where I left Keldor, who wasn’t hungry, charging his phone while I went on a quest for lunch that involved vegetables, as I had nothing resembling vegetables left in my backpack.

Then it was just wait for the flight. This one parked right by the gate, so we saw both of our bags loaded before boarding started, which was nice.
