Since Keldor would be taking his sister to their dad’s house on his way to work today, he opted to sleep in, knowing that Rebeccah wouldn’t be functional at 05:00. Given that I was up late last night helping with Holmfrids dragon saddle pauldron, I was glad of the extra sleep.

Keldor and Rebeccah left for Skellefteåhamn, and I took Holmfrid, and the dragon, riding in its saddle, to the buss stop and said good by to them. Holmfrid is such a delightful house guest!

Then I went home to a house with no one in it save the cats and I. It feels quiet. I will take today also as a rest and recovery day, and resume work tomorrow.

This morning Keldor mentioned Bugs Bunny, and I remembered the comic hard-bound book I had when I was little, so I went looking for it, and found it. That shop even has a copy for sale for only 29 to ship it to Sweden, so I didn’t buy one. I did, however, share the link with Bryan, who will be here in mid-August, so perhaps he could get it and bring it here.

I continued to take a lazy day, reading, and a long nap, and finally became more active after Keldor got home from work, cleaning the kitchen and doing some laundry as he mowed the lawn, and then helping him put stuff away that has been in his car since the event this weekend.

Even that little bit got me to feeling tired and cranky by bed time.
