Because Keldor had sent me a note yesterday that I would need to pick his sister up at the bus stop at 09:40, as he would be at the airport dropping off Erin then, I expected that we would be sleeping in, and he would we heading out around 09:00. I should have checked this assumption before going to sleep, as they actually left for the airport just after 07:00, and I wasn’t expecting Keldor to wake me that early, so it took a bit longer than usual to figure out where I was and what was happening.
But I managed to wake up enough to say goodbye to Erin, set an alarm to keep track of when it becomes time to go get Keldor’s sister at the bus, and updated my personal financial records with everything that I have spent in two weeks of adventures.
Then it was time to head to the bus stop. She had very little luggage, so Holmfrid and I walked up to meet the bus, and we three walked back towards the house.
We got as far as the second hand store when Keldor pulled up in the car, on the way back from dropping Erin at the bus stop. So we put the luggage in the car, and checked out the shop. I bought a small stainless steel cooking pot with a tight fitting glass lid, in a size I didn’t already have, for 55 kr (not much more than 5€).
Then we stopped by Saluhall before Keldor and Charlotte took the car home, and we three walked home, stopping by Bryan’s on the way for a tour of the house and to check mail.
We ate an early lunch together, then I settled at the computer to work on Reengardas financial stuff after the event, which I did till I was too sleepy to keep my eyes open any longer.
So I walked past where Keldor and Charlotte had fallen asleep on the couch, and Rebeccah and Holmfrid were chatting in the kitchen, and I crawled into bed for a two hour nap. (Good thing I took both yesterday and today as sick days to recover from the event, my brain needed it.)
I woke around the same time those on the couch woke, and we all hung out and chatted and ate food for a while, and I reminded Holmfrid how one does Finnish stitch nålbindning. Then it was Rebeccah’s turn for a nap. She got up around 19:00, shortly before Keldor took Charlotte to the bus stop.
Around 20:00 Holmfrid and I looked through the box of scrap leather in search of something suitable to make some sort of shoulder saddle for Holmfrid’s dragon. While both Holmfrid and I had thought of a small, subtle, saddle, Keldor suggested full on armour pauldrons, and somehow that is what happened, and the result is really cool.

We worked on the project pretty much non-stop from 20:00 to midnight, with a five minute pause for me to do today’s yoga before the day officially ended. Then, after we were done, and the mess largely cleaned away, I did a second, longer yoga session before heading to bed.
