2023-03-19 Dandelion cookies, v3 large batch
1 c sugar 620 g butter 2 c dandelion petals 5 eggs Pinch salt 2 t baking powder 1 1/3 c almond meal 8 c flour
Cream together the butter and sugar, beat in the eggs, add the petals (no green bits!), the salt, baking powder and almond meal. Add the flour a little at a time. Roll into balls of dough, 1 tablespoon each. Press with the shaker top of an empty spice jar to make a pretty flower-like imprint.

2024-01-25 half batch:
Did a half batch 2024-01-25, using 2 large eggs. Made the first cookie the normal way, scooping 1 level tablespoon of dough, but since the scale was already dirty, I weighed it: 20 g. So then I divided the dough into clumps near 220 g each, rolled each clump to a log, cut it in half, then the halves in half, then each quarter into thirds, giving me a dozen cookies about T each. Baked 55, and ate the rest.

0.25 c sugar (0.6 dl) 155 g butter 0.25 c dandelion petals (0.6 dl) 1 egg (60 gram before opening) Pinch salt 0.5 t baking powder (2.5 ml) 1/3 c almond meal (0.8 dl) 2 c flour (4.7 dl)
