Keldor decided before bed that he was sick enough to take today off of work, so when I woke needing to pee round 05:00 I looked into the kitchen, saw that the Foderautomats were both open to show wet food, so I went back to the bedroom, saw Skaði on the foot of the bed, waiting for me to make breakfast prep noises in the kitchen, and picked her up (ignoring her protests), carried her to the kitchen, and set her down in front of breakfast.
I didn’t stay to see if she would eat, but went back to bed, turned off the dawn light, and went back to sleep for another 40 minutes, before waking, doing a pilates session to get my hips moving, and getting ready to work.
I worked until lunch, when Keldor got up and moved to the couch, then I took a nap on the couch with him, and afterwords, was inspired to take my Food Long Month Summary tables and graphs into my blog, on the off chance that anyone else wants to see my pretty graphs.
Now I really should spend some of the evening working, since I didn’t this afternoon (Keldor’s sick days are not so good for my productivity, that is my story to explain today’s focus direction, and I am sticking with it.) Of course, I didn’t. Instead, Keldor told me that while I was busy working on transforming my logs and graphs into blog-able form, he went to the attic, and made further progress on covering the last of the insulation with plywood. Till he ran out of plywood. So I went upstairs to check it out, and stayed to spackle more of the plywood. Now we have the bedroom half of the area spackeled and ready for sanding (as soon as it dries).
Then we played a quick game of Quirkel, and then Keldor asked me to take photos of some of his newest knives, so I took the time to give them names, add them to Trello, assign prices, and then I created a page for his Knives and Axes here, and copied over all the ones from the still for sale list on our Trello board for his knives, axes etc.
Here are the ones that are new this week:
